Staff Profiles

	Nizar Abdul Latif General Manager Mr. Latif graduated in 1969 with BSc. Engineering and in 1975 with MSc. in Quality Control. He has 36 years experience all related to the oil and gas industry; in inspection, quality control and quality assurance. His most recent positions have been in management: in 1995 he was appointed Area Manager of a third party inspection organisation "AIB-Vincotte International" of Belgium. In 2003; together with Dr. Yousef Al Horr; they established the Expert Group a training provider of UK accredited courses, focusing on the oil and gas activities and in 2007 they established Bell Doha in a partnership agreement with Bell International of UK.
Philip Hunter Director of Studies Phil has over 12 years' experience primarily within the petrochemical industries of the Arabian Gulf, where he has worked as an instructor, materials writer and Director of Studies. He holds the RSA/Cambridge CTEFLA, an Advanced Certificate in TESOL (Canterbury) and a Postgraduate Diploma in TESOL (Sunderland).
	Rosalina (Sally) Moral Customer Services Manager Sally is responsible for marketing and liaising with all our clients, and is your initial point of contact for all enquiries. Before joining us, Sally worked in her native Philippines as an Academic Officer (PNTC), Faculty Head (Philippine Women's University-Calamba) and Chairman, Tourism Department (University of Perpetual Help Rizal Calamba). She has an MBA and a BSc in Tourism.
Enas Hisham Mustafa Registrar Enas manages Bell Doha's busy reception desk and ensures a warm welcome awaits all visitors, clients and students. She graduated from Baghdad University and handles requests in both Arabic and English.
	Lesley Forsythe EFL Trainer Lesley has around ten years experience and has lived and worked in China, Indonesia, Spain and the Maldives. She is CELTA qualified (Grade B) and is presently working on her MA in Applied Linguistics. Lesley's energetic approach to language learning is greatly appreciated by the students at Bell Doha.
Gordon Logan EFL Trainer Gordon brings many years of teaching experience to Bell Doha. He has worked as an instructor, lecturer and supervisor for nearly three decades, primarily in the Arabian Gulf and Bulgaria. He is the holder of an MA TEFL (Strasbourg) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Linguistics (Cambridge). Gordon is always on hand to help students with grammar and a story or two in the cafeteria.
	Andrew Murphy EFL Trainer Hailing from the small town of Clonakilty In County Cork, Ireland, Andrew worked in Hong Kong and Thailand for more than 10 Years at universities & private language schools before joining Bell Doha. His favourite authors are Eckhart Tolle and Dan Brown – he’s also a member of Art of Living Foundation.
Gillian McCarter EFL Trainer Before joining the world of EFL, Gillian spent 8 years as a senior flight attendant for Gulf Air before moving into fashion retail management. Gillian taught corporate clients prior to joining us. Her hobbies include travelling and cooking eclectic cuisines.
